Our Story
Effective January 1st, 2024, Brushcreek Motorsports Complex enters a new era under the ownership of Cold Rolled Investments, LLC.
Originally founded by the Partin family, Brushcreek Motorsports Complex has proudly provided premier dirt oval racing in Peebles, OH, since June 30th, 2001. Now, after 23 successful seasons under the guidance of Tom Partin and later Steven Partin (2014-2023), Lee Haskins, an experienced 410 Sprint Car racer and motorsports enthusiast, will assume the role of Promoter and facility manager.
Cold Rolled Investments is dedicated to expanding opportunities at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex while preserving its rich legacy and beloved dirt oval racing traditions. ANT Management Incorporated, led by Steven Partin, will continue promoting four special events in the 2024 racing season, ensuring fans can continue to enjoy their favorite annual events.
